For roasted bone marrow, place the split bone marrow halves face up on a baking sheet and roast it at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the center has softened but not quite fully rendered. Top it with some fresh herbs, salt, squeeze of lemon and enjoy it with bread or crackers.
