Packaged fresh and sometimes delivered frozen.  

Let us explain: We hand cut, trim, and package every single cut of meat completely fresh. 

Depending on your delivery location and the weather, our top priority is to keep you and your family safe. If there's a heatwave or we are concerned about unpredictable temperature changes during delivery or shipping processes, we will opt to either flash freeze your product before we deliver/ship. The only exception for regularly frozen products are game meats, organs, and broths because they do not last long refrigerated.

 

 

ALL orders are final sales. If you need to make ANY changes to the content of the order or delivery method, this must be done before the order cut off times.

To request a change: email hello@savenorsmarket.com and please be sure to reference your order number. Once orders are packed, we cannot make any additional changes.

Store Pickup

We understand schedules may change and you can certainly show up later than your scheduled pickup time.

If you arrive earlier than the scheduled time, you may have to wait for your order.

In both cases, feel free to call the shop and give us a heads-up! Thank you!

Absolutely! Everything you buy online is already paid for, you can just purchase extra condiments, proteins, groceries when you're at the shop for pickup.

Home Delivery

Delivery is free on orders greater than $150

$5.99 on orders greater than $75

$9.99 on orders less than $75.00

We deliver Monday through Friday throughout Metro Boston areas with some neighboring towns on specified days. Upon check out, your delivery and shipping options will be available for you to choose from.

Zone A (Mon-Fri):Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Watertown, Belmont, Brookline

Zone B (Mon, Thurs): Newton, Waltham, Chestnut Hill, Hyde Park, Newton

Zone C (Wed):Everett, Chelsea, Revere, Malden, Arlington, Medford, Melrose, Winchester

Don’t worry! If you live outside of your delivery radius your order can be shipped. Please see our shipping section below for this information.

 

There is a 30.00 minimum for delivery orders

 

The cut off time for placing a home delivery order is 2pm the day before.

 

Our deliveries are dispatched starting at 10 am, you can expect your order to arrive by 3 pm. Occassional delays may occur due to traffic conditions.

 

Yes! You can schedule your delivery for future dates at your convenience.

 

Don’t worry! The driver will drop off your insulated bag, along with extra ice packs.

 

We encourage our delivery thermal bags and icepacks to be reused.

Shipping

Yes! We ship to the 48 contiguous states through the site. Shipping charges, and free shipping minimums, via UPS are calculated by zones. Options for your area will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico by special arrangement. Email hello@savenorsmarket.comfor a quote.

We ship Tuesday through
Thursday for both UPS Ground and Overnight Shipping.

Ground shipping is limited to
New England locations to ensure safe transit on perishable items.

  • FREE 1-2 Day Ground Shipping for orders $150
  • Or $20 Ground Shipping for orders under $150

Yes, we use fully curbside recyclable packaging for a majority of our orders. The only exception is for extra large or oversized orders where a large styrofoam shipper box may be necessary.
