House-Made Pork Sausages

Savenor's own house-made pork sausages are hand-crafted by our butchers at our brick and mortar store in Cambridge, MA.

To create these delicious links, we take pork shoulder and carefully measure out the ideal protein-to-fat ratio, mix in freshly ground spices, combine with any herbs or ingredients specific to each sausage style and tradition, and finally pipe the sausages by hand.

We may rotate the flavors now and then or offer limited-time creations, so check back often or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

Sold in 1 lb packs of about 3 sausages per pack, vacuum-packed.

Exception note: Breakfast sausages are in lamb casing and come in 8 oz packs of 6 links per pack, vacuum-packed.
