Here at Savenor's Butchery, we take great pride in offering our customers the best products we can find, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the condition or the contents of your order, please contact hello@savenorsmarket.com immediately, and we will do our best to offer an appropriate solution. We may ask that you provide photos of the product and the damage reported to help us assess the issue at hand.
Customers accept full responsibility to monitor tracking information received via email or text at time of delivery or shipping throughout the delivery process. Savenor's will assist in lost, delayed and stolen packages but are not responsible for neglected packages and any user errors related address and shipping information. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the time of delivery to receive the delivery. Savenor's will not be responsible for replacing items due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
If our team has determined we did not give you our best, we can issue you a credit towards your next purchase or provide you with a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, as we are dealing with perishable products.
