From breaking down a whole chicken, exploring the art of sausage-making, to learning about what different cuts look like and taste like, our classes and demos highlight skill, knowledge, and tradition. You’ll not only gain hands-on knowledge from our expert butchers but also experience tastings that showcase the flavor and quality of intentionally sourced meat.
