Picanha, also known as culotte or sirloin cap, is a prized cut from the top of the sirloin, known for its signature fat cap that keeps the meat juicy and flavorful. Popular in Brazilian barbecue, this steak offers a rich, beefy taste with a tender texture when cooked properly.

Sold in 2 formats: whole picanha (2.5-3 lbs) or 1.5 inch cut steaks at 7-8 oz per steak. Fat cap is left on at about 1/4 inch thick.
