Savenor's own house-made pork stuffing sausage is hand-crafted by our butchers at our brick and mortar store in Cambridge, MA. These loose-packed sausages are great for making sausage stuffing, sausage gravy, or patties at home.
We take pork shoulder and carefully measure out the ideal protein-to-fat ratio, mix in freshly ground spices, combine with any herbs or ingredients specific to each sausage style and tradition.
Sausage ingredients: salt, pink salt, black pepper, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, brown sugar, rosemary, sage, uncured bacon.
Sold in 1 lb packs of loose, not-piped sausage, vacuum-packed.
