Chicken Party Wings

There's nothing like some oven-baked or deep-fried chicken wings for a party or game night (or any night)! Whole chicken wings are transformed into Party wings by removing the wing tip and splitting the rest of the wing into flats (the mid-joint) and drumettes. They are great finger foods for any occasion. These wings are also excellent when marinated for grilling, or braised for a cozy dish over rice.
