Bob’s Turkeys are local white-breasted turkeys from Lancaster, MA. These birds are raised on natural, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free diets and spend as much time as possible outdoors on pasture. They are flavorful and tender— a perfect centerpiece for your holiday feast!
We recommend either a dry or wet brine a couple days before cooking so that flavor infuses into the meat and results in an even tastier dish!

We recommend 1.5-2lbs of bone-in whole turkey per adult, adjust accordingly to your guests' appetites.
These turkeys will be stored frozen and begin thawing the day before the fulfillment begins Dec 22nd.
