Lamb Haggis

As Burns hails it, Haggis is the "chief" of all dishes and a symbol of Scottish culinary pride. The classic dish, is a regional delicacy made from lamb, onions, Scottish oats and a special spice blend. The US made version we provide is encased in a 1-pound fat sausage casing and comes fully cooked so all you have to do is thaw and reheat. Traditionally served with turnips and potatoes, haggis transforms the evening into a feast for both the belly and soul. With every bite of haggis, you’re not only savoring a delicious part of Scotland’s culinary heritage but also honoring the lasting legacy of Robert Burns, whose words continue to unite people across generations. 

Serving-portion suggestions: One pound of haggis will feed two to three people as a main course. One pound should serve four to five people as an appetizer.
