Serve them alongside smoked chicken wings, or alone as a more upscale alternative. Enjoy them whole as a game day snack, or shred them into a pasta dish or tacos for a weekday meal. Simply warm the drumettes up with a quck steam to keep them moist, or cover in a damp paper towel and microwave for a minute to a minute and a half.
