Dry aged prime beef rib roasts are the perfect spin on a classic favorite. Any special occasion can be elevated with the addition of the concentrated & nutty flavors the dry age process imparts.

Sourced from Flannery Beef in San Rafael, CA—renowned for their exceptional dry-aged Holstein beef—this Prime Rib Roast is aged to perfection for unmatched richness, tenderness, and deep, nutty flavor.

The dry-aging process tenderizes the meat and concentrates the flavors, giving it a nutty, beefy flavor that is out of this world. Please note that due to water loss during the dry aging process, the beef will cook faster than non-aged steaks, so keep a meat thermometer handy for that perfect sear!

Sold in two sizes: 2-Rib Roast and 3-Rib Roast, bone-in.

Note: A 2-rib roast will feed 3-5 people. A 3-rib roast can feed 6-8 people.
