This dry aged Prime rib roast is for that special-occasion-prime-rib we all love, but with the nutty flavor from the dry aging process.
There's no better combination than USDA Prime beef and a 45-day dry-aging process done right in our butcher shop. The dry-aging process tenderizes the meat and concentrates the flavors, giving it a nutty, beefy flavor that is out of this world.

Sold in two sizes: 2-Rib Roast and 5-Rib Roast, bone-in.
Note: A 2-rib roast will feed 3-4 people. A 5-rib roast can feed 10-12 people.
