Baby back ribs are ribs you want to cook low and slow aiming to get a fall off the bone tenderness. They are most popular smoked and finished on the grill with your favorite glaze. For those without a grill, don’t fret, these ribs are extremely delicious in the oven too! You want to cook these for a minimum of 2-3 hours covered on a low heat oven (320-degrees Fahrenheit), and when they are fully cooked, glaze them and cook for additional 10-15 minutes checking regularly to get a beautiful bark like crust on the ribs. We recommend cooking pork to an internal temperature of 145-degrees Fahrenheit.
