Boneless Turkey Breasts

Boneless turkey breasts are great for a smaller party and they are convenient to serve. Simply season or brine and roast in the oven. We recommend cooking until the thickest part of the breast is 160 degrees and let it rest for at least 15-20 minutes before slicing – this way the meat has the opportunity to reabsorb its juices and stay as moist as possible. 

Sold in three sizes: 2 lbs, 4 lbs, and 6 lbs. Vacuum-packed. 

We recommend 8-12oz of boneless turkey breast per adult, adjust accordingly to your guests' appetites.
