Boneless Pork Chop

Boneless pork chops are from the sirloin end of the pig. Think of it as the NY strip of pork. This cut has a lot of flavor but is also leaner compared to the bone-in chops. Sear or grill it as a steak, or pound it thin to make schnitzel.

Sold in 8 oz and 12 oz options.

Berkshire Pork, also referred to as Kurobuta pork in Japan, is a pig breed whose arrival to the U.S. can be traced back as early as 1875. Berkshire pigs are celebrated for their excellent lean to fat ratio and superior flavor. We partner with farms we trust like True Story Farms in Missouri and Vermont Heritage Grazers who both work tirelessly to ensure our pigs live sustainable happy lives, so you can enjoy the best pork possible.
